Good to know

• Only emails in your Inbox from the Primary tab, or marked Important, are shown. Archived emails aren't included.
• Every email in the chosen dates is read, up to 500 per inbox. You can pick up to 31 days at a time.
• The page updates by itself when a new email arrives (it checks every 30 seconds while open), or when you change dates or inboxes.
• Automatic summaries handle up to 100 new emails each time the page updates. Click Summarize for the rest.
• Summaries, to-dos, and meeting requests are written by AI and can be wrong. Check the email in Gmail before acting.
• Delete is off until you turn it on in Settings → Email & AI (and accept the risk). It moves an email to Gmail's Trash (you can restore it there for 30 days). Reply sends a plain-text reply you wrote, after the cancel window you set in Settings (or right away with Send now). Meetings are added to Google Calendar only after you review and confirm them. The app never deletes permanently, and the AI never sends, deletes, or schedules anything.
• Unsubscribe opens the sender's own unsubscribe page or a pre-filled email. Some senders don't offer one.
• “Move sender” sorts every email from that address, now and later. Use “Let AI decide” to undo.
• AI summaries are deleted after 30 days. You can delete your account and all data in Settings → Privacy.
• While the Google app is in testing mode, Google may ask you to reconnect about once a week.
